Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat. Pour over the chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the tart crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
- Top with fresh raspberries. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, before slicing and serving.
