Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or to taste

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt and pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove beef from the skillet and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in sriracha and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet to thicken the sauce. Stir well for about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
