Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the vanilla extract and bring the mixture to a simmer. Turn off the heat.

- For the raspberry coulis, blend fresh raspberries until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
- Serve the panna cotta with a drizzle of raspberry coulis on top.
