- Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn, and cook the other side.
- For the filling: Whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
- To serve, fill each crepe with a dollop of vanilla cream filling and a handful of fresh berries. Fold the crepe over the filling and enjoy!
