- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce. Layer with noodles, ricotta, meat sauce, and béchamel sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
