  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite syrup or toppings.
